MUSIC4JOSH : ‘Twilights Last Gleaming’ by High Contrast – chosen by Joe

This track is chosen by Josh’s brother Joe:

” A representation of Josh’s musical roots and his un-relenting introduction of Drum & Bass to me. I can never listen to one drum & bass track and not have Joshua with me at all times.

Whenever I listen to this I search for what Joshua would have been feeling on multiple occassions, raving as a teenager, with his closest friends in a mist of utter headonism….. Finding new corners of life and amazement which ever way his mind turned, driven by this beat.
I know that I can come close to finding it and this is a comfort to connect with how Josh would have been feeling. I often listen to this track on my way to work on my bike…. Cycling across London with the sun just rising, just me, my bike and Josh.

Josh was a spiritual young man, not religious, but he had an open mind and I know that he was able to view life in a more sensual state.

He had a massive heart and loved so many people, and for that he was loved and cherished by so many”.
